ARTIST STATEMENT

Art to them is therapeutic in nature and a pure form of catharsis and expression. Their art lives outside of themselves, and while they guide the materials used, they truly let it take on a life of its own. Abstraction allows the viewer to find their own meaning in their work. Emphasizing emotional processing in a world caught up in appearance and constant productive movement, their art allows for a moment of reflection and calm. They believe that all emotions stem from either love or fear, and their art allows you a moment to reflect upon the motives of your current reality.
